Job Responsibilities Research and track Request for Proposals (RFP) opportunities. Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to obtain the information needed for each RFP response. Maintain up-to-date resumes, project profiles, and RFP database. Assist in preparing proposals, qualifications, marketing materials, presentations, and other business development materials. Support the Director of Marketing and others in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other client communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts. Manage company logo store. Identify pre-qualification opportunities, work with marketing team to gather necessary content, and ensure timely completion of application submission. Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to date client and lead information. Monitor industry news, publications, and online sources to stay informed about market developments and opportunities. Perform other tasks as assigned.
