About The Position

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events , while helping track performance metrics to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall campaign success . Position Overview As a Junior Marketing Associate , you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, live events, and community outreach initiatives . This role provides valuable, hands-on experience in campaign coordination, brand promotion, and performance analysis .

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Assist with live events, retail promotions, and community outreach activities
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics , including engagement and ROI
Prepare marketing reports and maintain accurate campaign documentation
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement
