About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. This entry-level marketing position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of live events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising campaigns that drive awareness and donations for charitable organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing) preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
Outgoing, energetic, and confident in face-to-face marketing and public interaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Willingness to travel locally for events and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and fundraising campaigns
Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs
Engage with attendees to promote campaign goals, increase brand awareness, and encourage donations or participation
Support event marketing efforts, including setting up displays and distributing promotional materials
Track campaign performance metrics and gather feedback to optimize future marketing initiatives
Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing objectives and fundraising targets
Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times
