About The Position

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Associate (Entry Level) to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination, event support, and marketing analytics. In this role, you will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, support promotional events, and help track performance metrics to strengthen brand awareness and overall campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with basic understanding of marketing metrics
Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starter attitude

Nice To Haves

Internship experience or transferable skills in marketing, sales, customer service, or communications is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Assist with coordinating live events, retail promotions, and community outreach activities
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement and ROI
Prepare marketing reports and maintain accurate campaign documentation
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement
Help manage client and partner communications
Conduct post-campaign evaluations and contribute recommendations for improvement
