For more information, visit piano.io. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant who will also support day-to-day office management. This is an entry-level, hybrid role ideal for someone eager to build hands-on experience in marketing while helping keep the office running smoothly. Your efforts will align closely with sales and demand generation teams to optimize pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • K nowledge of ABM strategies, demand generation, and event marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Exposure in Project Management Tools (Asana) , RM software (Salesforce ) and internal tools (Microsoft Suite).
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist with event planning and management in North America
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and provide reporting
  • Research new marketing opportunities
  • Help manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders
  • Maintain an organized, professional, clean office environment
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and general office requests
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
