Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and public relations strategies.
• Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify current trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Handle event logistics, including setup, customer engagement, and ensuring proper brand representation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness across all marketing channels.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of campaigns.
• Help maintain positive relationships with clients and assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.
• Continuously seek new industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or event coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
