About The Position
We are actively seeking an outgoing, career-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador immediately! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event management, and brand promotion while working directly with high-profile clients. Our events have been so successful that we have an extensive waiting list of exclusive clients , and we’re looking to expand our team to manage future campaigns. You will receive paid training to learn all aspects of our events, preparing you for growth into executive roles overseeing client campaigns from start to finish .
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working face-to-face with people
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to travel locally to events
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Represent the company and client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at events
- Engage face-to-face with the public , promoting brands and campaigns
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Support marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and community outreach
- Learn all aspects of event management and brand promotion for future leadership opportunities
