You'll work closely with our Director of Marketing to bring campaigns and launches to life, turning strategy into action. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to build deep expertise in demand generation and product marketing. You should be comfortable balancing high-level strategy with the practicalities of campaign management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to develop a growing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of marketing, content, or project coordination experience
  • Strong writing ability - you can explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable learning new technology quickly and optimizing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS or healthcare/regulated industry marketing experience
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 2-3 webinars monthly for laboratory and hospital audiences
  • Coordinate speakers, manage logistics, create promotional materials
  • Build post-webinar nurture sequences and repurpose content
  • Track performance and optimize for registration, attendance, and pipeline impact
  • Maintain product messaging frameworks and update one-pagers/sales sheets based on your direction
  • Create sales collateral, feature announcement emails, and internal enablement materials
  • Compile customer feedback and feature requests from CS/Sales into organized reports
  • Build and maintain competitive intel repository
  • Support launch execution: coordinate timelines, chase deliverables, update launch tracker
  • Maintain blog content calendar and ensure on-time publication
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and refine blog content
  • Optimize posts for SEO (meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
  • Format and publish posts in CMS with proper tagging and categorization
  • Repurpose blog content across email, social, and nurture campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting
  • Partner with other departments, including Sales and Product, to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational priorities.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors as necessary to support marketing initiatives and achieve goals.
