Position Objective: Provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to program staff and leadership in support of mission activities. Assist with program coordination, documentation, reporting, and general program support functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative and analytical support to program staff and leadership. Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining program documentation, records, and reports. Support data tracking, reporting, and information management activities. Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and program communications. Conduct basic research and compile information to support program initiatives and decision-making. Assist with maintaining program files, records, and documentation in accordance with established procedures. Support process improvement activities and documentation development as needed. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing program operations and special initiatives. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
