As the Junior Maintenance Technician , you will clean and maintain all areas of the apartment community. You will receive instructions from the property manager and the maintenance staff and report them to the property manager. This position will be on the property 5 days a week and working between two properties in Los Angeles, CA 90025 and Los Angeles, CA 90034.
