About The Position
As a Junior Service Technician for The Henley, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 315 apartment-homes. Assist the Service Team with overall community upkeep including maintaining the grounds, light maintenance and punch out tasks. Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience in basic maintenance preferred
- Background in landscaping, construction or related field also considered
- Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical
- Must be willing to participate in the on-call emergency rotation
- Vehicle, driver’s license, and some basic tools
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Assist your Team Members with grounds, trash removal and overall maintenance in/around the community.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur
