Requirements
- No mortgage experience neededâpaid training provided
- Bachelorâs degree OR experience in sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
- Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
- Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
- Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
- Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Someone who wants to win, not just work
Nice To Haves
- Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
- Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
- Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
- Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
- Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
- Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment
