Requirements

Strong commercial judgment and excellent drafting.
Effective negotiation and ability to articulate fallback positions.
Ability to work within structured contract lifecycle processes and improve them.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
J.D. and New York Bar admission (active/in good standing) OR demonstrable experience working as a paralegal or contract manager in similar global tech companies
Experience in tech, media, SaaS, or commercial transactions.
Familiarity with privacy (GDPR/CCPA), IP, marketing/advertising rules, and general corporate compliance.
Comfortable with CLM tools and contract workflow systems (or able to learn quickly).
Needs to be able to support US (EST) hours.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (Product and subscription agreements, licensing, vendor/MSA, DPA, NDA, marketing/sponsorship agreement).
Assist with management of contract lifecycle (intake, review, negotiation, approval workflows, signature, storage, renewals, and amendments).
Assist with maintaining and improving templates, clause libraries
Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to streamline contracting processes and reduce cycle time.
Spot issues early and escalate when needed; propose balanced, business oriented solutions.
Assist in drafting internal guidelines and FAQs to help teams self serve on common questions.
Support privacy compliance efforts, including DPIAs, data mapping, cookie/CMP language, data transfer tools (SCCs/UK IDTA), and vendor privacy due diligence.
Coordinate responses to data subject requests and work with security teams on incident response readiness.
Support responsible use of AI assisted tools, ensuring compliance with IP, privacy, and transparency standards.
Assist with maintaining IP portfolio and liaise with third party trademark attorneys if required.
Help monitor and respond to brand misuse or unauthorized use of trademarks or content.
Contribute to compliance policies and training
Support third party risk reviews and vendor diligence.
Handle early stage dispute intake, evidence gathering, and coordination with external counsel.
Assist with internal factfinding, complaint reviews, and regulator correspondence as needed.
