Junior Java Legacy Developer
About The Position
The Junior Java Developer will assist with maintaining and supporting enterprise Java applications within a secure federal technology environment. The developer will work with senior engineers to support mission-critical systems while gaining experience with enterprise application development and system integration. This role focuses on supporting established Java environments and assisting with incremental system improvements. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of Java development experience
- Familiarity with Java development frameworks
- Basic experience with relational databases
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining enterprise Java applications
