What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities for training and professional development Paid time off and company holidays Your Role: Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users in person and over the phone Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and related systems Perform PC maintenance and asset tracking Log and track bugs, system issues, and enhancement requests Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions Support system operations in line with organizational policies Assist with telephony and other infrastructure-related tasks Maintain documentation and follow established IT procedures Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and customer service skills Proficient with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Exchange/Outlook A+ certification required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry 25 lbs over short distances Must be 18 years or older Must pass a post-offer background check, drug test, and fingerprinting Schedule Full-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Ready to Join Our IT Team?
