About The Position

Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics for general engineering, aerospace, and commercial markets. Hadco is hiring a Junior Sales Representative in our Bensalem, PA branch to generate new business through phone cold calling. Must be a professional individual who thrives on building sales and business relationships through perseverance.

Requirements

• Experienced in 50-100 outbound phone sales calls per day.
• Proven ability to build business through telephone sales.
• Possess impeccable communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills.
• Possess a strong professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound sales calls.
• Follow-up with additional calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships and develop long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Sharing product or service information with prospects and providing practical solutions to their challenges.
• Work with outside and inside sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
• Track and report all sales activities and results.
• Willingness to learn the metals industry.
