The Junior High History teacher serves as a Christ-centered educator who supports the mission of Loma Linda Academy by providing high-quality instruction, fostering student growth, and contributing to a safe, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. The teacher demonstrates strong knowledge of curriculum, classroom management, and effective instructional practices aligned with standards-based education. As a member of the faculty, the teacher is expected to model Christian values in word and action, work collaboratively with colleagues through Professional Learning Communities, and support the spiritual, academic, social, and physical development of students. Teachers are also expected to fulfill assigned responsibilities both inside and outside the classroom.
