About The Position

The Cycle is the first ready-to-drink beverage designed to help women enjoy their cycle. Backed by real ingredients and science, we’re on a mission to make period and PMS relief as normal—and as joyful—as your morning matcha. We’re now scaling across retail, DTC, and social channels—and looking for a performance marketer who blends analytical rigor with creative instinct. Someone who loves testing, optimizing, and storytelling through numbers.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in marketing, data, analytics, e-commerce, or tech (internships welcome)
  • Strong comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance metrics
  • High technical curiosity and fast learning ability
  • Interest in AI, automation, and performance marketing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
  • Passion for women’s health, wellness, and purpose-driven brands

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or Zapier
  • Exposure to DTC, CPG, wellness, or subscription businesses

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with our partner marketing agency
  • Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, reporting, and testing agendas
  • Support paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor daily performance and help optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly performance reports
  • Translate agency insights into clear internal updates and action plans
  • Assist in creative testing, audience experiments, and funnel optimization
  • Support email, SMS, and retargeting campaigns for retention and subscriptions
  • Help automate reporting, workflows, and performance tracking using AI and no-code tools
  • Work closely with the founder and ensure at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with PST (California time).
