About The Position

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. The role focuses on developing creative concepts for various marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and quality across all deliverables. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a recent graduate with a degree in Art/Design or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Top-notch organization and project management skills.
• Strong layout and typography skills with knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Advanced presentation design skills utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including newspaper, magazine, collateral design, web, and presentations.
• Review junior designer's work to ensure high quality when necessary.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, generating fresh concepts, and ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Organize and manage internal systems with file preparation and storage, including photography, illustration, and infographics.
• Work directly with Sales Associates to guide the development and implementation of their personal marketing materials.
• Communicate with marketing vendors and internal support departments as required.
• Ensure quality and brand standards are met across all deliverables, while staying on deadline and within compliance guidelines.
