About The Position

The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting Makeready’s creative vision across our portfolio of hotels, restaurants, retail concepts, and brand initiatives. This role partners closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints.   This individual is a detail-oriented, creative thinker with a strong design foundation and a passion for hospitality-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, on-brand graphics for social media and digital channels, including posts, stories, and seasonal updates.
  • Design and produce event and promotional materials such as flyers, posters, table tents, digital screens, banners, and web graphics.
  • Update and maintain menu templates across venues, ensuring accuracy in content, pricing, and formatting.
  • Develop in-venue signage and print materials including A-frames, wayfinding, and review cards.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork for window vinyls, decals, and other environmental graphics; coordinate with vendors on sizing and installation.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams by updating flyers, brochures, rate sheets, and digital advertising assets.
  • Design branded collateral such as business cards, stationery, and staff apparel graphics.
  • Assist the Senior Designer with concept development and execution for seasonal campaigns, ensuring all visuals align with overarching brand direction.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an efficient and well-tagged image library.
  • Keep design files organized with consistent naming conventions and version control.
  • Curate and edit imagery from photo shoots and stock libraries, performing basic retouching and resizing.
