Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a graphic design or related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite (Power Point mostly).
  • Strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and branding.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web or UI design.
  • SharePoint Skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Basic coding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of digital and print assets, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates, marketing collateral, photo headshots, infographics, data visualizations, and SharePoint page design.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Prepare design files for internal review, client presentation, and final delivery.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Edit and revise existing creative assets based on feedback.
  • Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools.
