About The Position
The position involves working alongside a Field Service Technician to assist in their daily duties. Responsibilities include following a daily service visits schedule, assisting in pipette repair and calibration services at customer facilities, and representing Rainin in a professional manner. The role requires teamwork, completion of service and expense reports, and maintaining service equipment and parts inventory. Additionally, the position may involve assisting in Service Center production activities as assigned. The job requires travel out of the local area up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel up to 25%.
