Requirements

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for client and vendor liaison.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity using Salesforce, including reporting and tracking leads or event performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor logistics, ordering and shipping assets, registration, and day of event support.
  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of global in-person and virtual industry events.
  • Assist with negotiating contracts, communicating with suppliers, and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure event goals and deliverables are met.
  • Process invoices, manage event portals, and maintain detailed project management of events.
  • Support, or lead, on-site logistics, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience.
