• Excellent plan and specification reading skills.
• Familiarity with a wide range of worksites, cost structures, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Survey potential worksites to assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and labor agencies.
• Provide comprehensive cost analysis for potential clients.
• Prepare and estimate budget costs by studying plans and specifications.
• Ensure every estimate addresses all relevant governmental regulations.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals and scopes.
• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and communicate with professionals.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs, utilizing On-Screen Takeoff software as a plus.
