About The Position

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to interpret project drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Accubid Trimble is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents, blueprints, and requirements to understand scope.
• Attend bid walks and team meetings.
• Assess production cost factors and prepare material, labor, and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Manage and analyze bids from vendors/contractors for cost evaluations.
• Present estimates to management and track actual costs.
