Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience with estimation software such as Agtek Gradework, AutoCAD, HCSS HeavyBid, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications, prepare quantity takeoffs and price all aspects of the project.
• Manage, organize and/or participate in the overall bid and proposal process.
• Read, quantify, and analyze construction documents across all trade disciplines.
• Estimate overhead components and utilize various system unit pricing across multiple trade disciplines.
• Perform system trade-off comparisons on a macro scale, including structural and mechanical systems.
• Conduct conceptual estimates with limited design quickly, understanding the appropriate level of detail for stakeholders.
