About The Position

International Sport Motors in San Francisco, CA is seeking a customer service-oriented and growth-driven person to join our auto repair shop as a Junior Estimator/Auto Parts Professional . In this full- or part-time role, you'll be assisting customers, learning from our experienced estimator, and developing your skills to eventually step into a dedicated estimation position! DAY-TO-DAY AS A JUNIOR ESTIMATOR - AUTO PARTS PROFESSIONAL You'll work full- or part-time during our business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . You'll be the friendly person who greets customers when they call or visit our auto repair shop, schedules appointments, and helps keep workdays smooth and seamless. Keeping customer service at the forefront, you'll answer questions, coordinate vehicle tow-ins, and let customers know when vehicles are ready. You'll also assist with duties like coordinating accounts receivable, collecting overdue payments, and processing and returning vehicle parts. In addition to your customer service duties, you'll be helping our estimator prepare and build estimates. Over time, you'll deepen your knowledge and grow into a more independent and capable estimator!
