Requirements

Technical education (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take responsibility
Hands-on interest in machinery, robotics, and production systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Team spirit and readiness to work in a dynamic, project-focused environment

Responsibilities

Get trained in all aspects of plastics production: machine set-up, process optimization, troubleshooting, and automation
Work side-by-side with experienced engineers and technicians on real projects
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using the latest production systems and data tools
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Take ownership of your work area and contribute to team-driven, autonomous operations
Rotate through key roles to build a strong foundation for your engineering career
