The Junior Engineer & Planning Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting engineering activities and coordinating production schedules to meet Estimated Ship Dates (ESD). This position combines technical knowledge with operational planning, ensuring accurate product documentation, efficient resource allocation, and timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering specifications while managing scheduling and inventory processes. This role is fully on-site at our Costa Mesa office. You’ll be joining us in person Monday through Friday, so we’re looking for candidates within a comfortable commuting distance.
