About The Position

The candidate will work in combat system engineering environments, focusing on integrating Linux-based tactical computers within classified and unclassified computer program development and testing. The role involves collaboration with system engineers, software developers, and test engineers to support COTS-based configurations, producing engineering documentation, and maintaining automation tools for reproducible operating systems.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Linux/Unix based systems.
• Experience in an Agile workflow environment.
• Proficiency in Unix, Linux, Python, C, Java, or MATLAB.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) and tools like Rational Rhapsody or Cameo.
