About The Position

Independently apply electrical and electronic theory to develop, refurbish, and verify C5ISR systems Producing custom engineering solutions, generating technical documentation, and delivering curriculum‑level training to field personnel FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-TF1

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business, or computer‑science/IT (ABET/CAE) or an associate degree with four years experience or six  years of experience
• Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance
• Three or more productive years performing journeyman‑level electrical‑engineering duties
• U.S. Citizenship
• U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret Level with Top Secret / SCI Eligibility

Nice To Haves

• PE license or relevant DoD certification is advantageous
• Ability to read, create, and troubleshoot schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts
• Proficiency with bench‑level test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers)
• Experience developing and delivering technical training modules and hands‑on labs
• Knowledge of DoD communication system requirements and relevant MIL‑STD specifications
• Strong technical writing skills for engineering reports, test plans, and training manuals
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams
