This role involves supporting the design, manufacturing, and testing of complex electrical/electronic equipment, wire harnesses, and systems. The engineer will interpret and implement specific design and test requirements, analyze and support updates to technical documentation for legacy aircraft systems, and perform technical analysis of subsystem components and/or software to confirm design compatibility and identify risks. Key responsibilities include supporting component validation/verification activities, creating wire diagrams, drawings, and schematics for reverse engineering projects and technical data updates. The position requires applying specialized knowledge to resolve design issues, ensuring logical derivation of requirements into design solutions, and participating in design teams and technical reviews. The Junior Electrical Engineer will work with Program Managers and IPT leaders to achieve optimal program execution, identify and execute steps to bring projects to successful closure, and demonstrate strong communication and time management skills. Adherence to OSHA and ESD safety protocols, maintaining high ethical standards, and professional interaction with supervisors and co-workers are also expected.
