About The Position

Summary: We are looking for a part-time Junior Video Editor to support our content team. This role involves editing short-form videos such as rallies, milestone moments, community events, and promotional content. You will also help senior editors with larger projects while maintaining quality in a fast-paced sports environment. Requirements

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder
• Portfolio showing video edits (highlights, rally videos, commercials, etc.)
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audio syncing
• Organized and detail-oriented
• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience (internships or freelance work included)
• Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools
• Do basic color correction, motion graphics, and effects
• Prep larger projects for senior editors (timelines, logging footage, rough cuts, organizing files)
• Sync audio and make sure videos meet quality standards
• Export videos for social media, broadcast, and web
• Work with the team on creative ideas and feedback
