Responsible for PUMA.com and Retail daily order maintenance and allocation process. Coordinate with Customer Service and EDI to ensure all inbound orders process successfully. Run daily allocation processes and identify changes to order fulfillment rules. Maintain order cancellation report daily to efficiently communicate order changes to customer. Manage all order allocation, shipping, and warehouse SLA reporting/monitoring. Assist with the end-to-end testing of new site features as needed. Assist Customer Care team by reviewing and responding to corporate requests as needed.
