About The Position
The Junior Director manages the development and implementation of BCNY's youth development program for boys, ages 10-12. They oversee an annual budget that sustains a programmatic focus on leadership, character, life-skills, and healthy living, and provides opportunities for youth to build knowledge, skills, and values in a meaningful and fun context through evidence-based curriculum and lesson plans. The Junior Director hires and supervises frontline staff and volunteers and works closely with the Assistant Clubhouse Director and program development staff to create effective programs.
