About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate, detail-driven Junior Designer to join the Creative Team at RF|Binder. You’ll help bring our brand, client and internal communications to life through high-quality visual assets, including presentation decks, long-form reports, and digital content. You’ll work directly with our Design Director and cross-functional teams to turn strategy and content into polished, on-brand design work. This is a hands-on production-oriented role built for someone who thrives on craft, clarity and growth.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
A strong portfolio showing excellent PowerPoint and presentation design, long-form documents (reports, whitepapers), layout/typography, and digital/social work
Curiosity and experience identifying ways to test and integrate AI into workflows
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and strong PowerPoint skills
Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility fundamentals
A keen eye for detail: you notice spacing, alignment, naming conventions, export settings, odd file structures
Ability to work at production speed, whilst maintaining craft and accuracy
A collaborative mindset: you ask questions, accept feedback, and like to work in a team environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms, basic motion skills (After Effects or Canva)

Responsibilities

Design and build presentation decks, long-form reports, internal one-pagers and case studies, ensuring strong layout, hierarchy and typography
Create social-media assets and digital graphics (carousels, posts, story formats) aligned to our brand and client needs
Maintain and evolve design systems: templates, component libraries, style guides, naming conventions and export guidelines
Prep final deliverables: correct file structure, naming, formats, size/ratio variations, and hand-off for production or publishing
Ensure brand consistency, legibility, accessibility basics (contrast/hierarchy), and file hygiene
Collaborate with writers, strategists, digital folks and other designers; respond to feedback and iterate quickly
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous requests, adapt to shifts in priorities, and help keep our internal design backlog moving
