About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our design team to support the development and implementation of various design projects for our clients. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for emergency preparedness and a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and web design principles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of visual materials for our online training programs, including graphics, illustrations, and animations
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our e-learning platform
• Support the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects
• Contribute to the maintenance of our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into our projects
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
