The Junior CROWNWeb Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of CMS-mandated ESRD reporting. Accurate CROWNWeb submissions directly impact regulatory compliance, reimbursement integrity, facility performance metrics, and patient continuity of care. This role acts as a liaison between facility staff, field leadership, and the corporate office to proactively identify, correct, and prevent reporting issues—ensuring 100% data completion and adherence to federal deadlines. What Will You Do? CROWNWeb Oversight & Data Integrity Monitor, manage, and oversee CROWNWeb data entry for assigned facilities Complete manual entries and group submissions in accordance with CMS guidelines Collect, organize, validate, and confirm accuracy of all data prior to submission Identify and correct data discrepancies, including admissions, discharges, transfers, deaths, and treatment events Research and resolve patient matching, facility assignment, and duplicate record issues Achieve and maintain 100% data completion for assigned accounts Compliance & Reporting Ensure all CMS reporting deadlines are met without exception Review facility dashboards and reporting metrics to proactively identify risk areas Maintain documentation supporting submissions and corrections Escalate unresolved or complex issues to leadership in a timely manner Support audits and compliance reviews related to CROWNWeb submissions Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary CROWNWeb resource for field staff and leadership Provide education and guidance on documentation and reporting requirements Partner with Social Work, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies Participate in cross-departmental meetings to review performance trends and reporting gaps Customer Service & Process Improvement Deliver high-level customer service to facility staff Respond to inquiries regarding reporting errors or CMS documentation Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements Assist with development of internal tracking tools and reporting logs Support onboarding and training initiatives related to CROWNWeb processes Compensation: $48,000 - $56,000 annually Why Work at Concerto? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare data entry, compliance reporting, or customer service
  • Working knowledge of CROWNWeb (CMS ESRD reporting system) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong understanding of data validation and quality assurance practices
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret CMS guidelines and apply them accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
