We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our remote team and help build the data infrastructure that powers decision-making across our organization. You will work closely with client success, learner support, marketing, sales, enrollment, and operations teams to transform ad hoc reporting requests into automated, scalable data products that drive learner engagement and business growth.   • Assist with client custom reporting and dashboard needs, with a focus on transitioning ad hoc tasks into repeatable and automated processes
  • Work with Marketing team on custom reporting and dashboard needs to drive KPIs and uncover opportunities
  • Contribute to building data products that empower the Learner Support team to monitor progress toward their goals and improve learner engagement metrics
  • Support setup and maintenance of reports that prioritize learners for outreach, track engagement, and drive enrollment performance
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of automations that process billing data and adapt to custom client billing arrangements
  • Create and maintain automations and workflows that increase efficiency within and across teams
  • Perform routine data cleaning and validation across systems to ensure reporting accuracy and make data easier for teams to access, interpret, and apply in their daily work
  • Support documentation of data sources and reporting logic to improve clarity on where data comes from, how it flows into reports, and how key metrics are defined
  • Explore how tools like large language models (LLMs) can be used to boost productivity in crafting and implementing data products
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.
  • Experience with basic SQL for data querying and manipulation (preferred)
  • Experience with basic Python for scripting and data engineering (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred)
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, especially in automation contexts (preferred)
  • Strong passion for EnGen's mission to help immigrants and refugees remove English as a barrier to career advancement
