This position is intentionally hands-on and detail-oriented, serving as a foundational analytical role that strengthens fabric data, reporting, and vendor performance tracking—while relieving senior leaders of high-volume data maintenance and analysis work. It is an ideal role for an early-career analyst looking to grow within supply chain and manufacturing analytics.

  • Maintain accurate fabric inventory data, including on-hand, in-transit, allocated, and WIP materials.

  • Identify shortages, excess inventory, usage variances, and data discrepancies.
  • Support regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and BOM accuracy checks.
  • Maintain and update fabric dashboards, trackers, and routine reports.
  • Support analysis of fabric consumption, scrap, waste, and rework.
  • Assist with inventory performance metrics such as turns, usage trends, and aging materials.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for Supply Chain, Production, and Product Development teams.
  • Track vendor lead times, on-time delivery, and quality performance related to fabric suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier scorecards and support data preparation for vendor reviews.
  • Monitor open POs, backorders, and expediting risks tied to fabric availability.
  • Proactively flag risks or delays that could impact production schedules.
  • Communicate fabric availability, shortages, and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Support Product Development with historical fabric usage and performance insights.
  • Partner with Production teams to understand usage patterns and anomalies.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for fabric-related data questions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fabric data accuracy, reporting, and workflows.
  • Document standard processes related to fabric tracking and analysis.
  • Support transition to improved tools, dashboards, and ERP enhancements over time.
  • Build foundational forecasting, inventory, and analytical skills in preparation for future growth.
  • Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards
  • Owns fabric-related datasets and reporting accuracy
  • Supports analysis and insight generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, purchasing, inventory, or supply-chain-related role.
  • Intermediate to expert-level Power BI skills, including:
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Data modeling and relationships
  • DAX measures and calculated columns
  • Refresh schedules and data validation
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
  • Experience working with ERP systems and large, transactional data sets.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical partners.
