As a leading provider of parking and tolling management solutions, we support municipal and commercial clients with citation processing, debt collection, DMV registered owner identification, back-office transaction processing, image review, customer service center and customer experience (CX) operations, integrated on-street parking management, and more. This is a remote position with eligibility in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MO, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, VT, D.C. This role will offer $27.00 – $30 hourly, depending on experience, skills, and location. The Junior Data Analyst supports the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight. This role works collaboratively with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and user-friendly reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. The Data Analyst, Staff contributes to data modeling, report development, and ongoing analysis while developing deeper expertise in data visualization tools, SQL querying, and business intelligence best practices.

Requirements

Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying structured datasets.
Experience developing dashboards and visual reports in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Amazon QuickSight or comparable business intelligence tools.

Nice To Haves

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Familiarity with AWS data services and data warehousing concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and standard reports using Amazon QuickSight.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and support the creation of effective data visualizations.
Build and maintain SPICE datasets and SQL queries to support reporting needs.
Partner with data engineers and senior analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and operational insights.
Support documentation of report specifications, data definitions, and reporting processes.
Assist in troubleshooting report performance issues and implementing enhancements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards and visualization practices.
Stay current on updates to QuickSight and related business intelligence tools.
Support cross-functional reporting initiatives as assigned.
