About The Position

The Junior Data Analyst position is primarily remote with some onsite requirements, focusing on supporting Provider Operations activities. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to understand technology and information needs, ensuring effective implementation of processes in the NCTracks system and new Provider Data Management modules. The analyst will also participate in data analysis, reporting, and serve as a point of contact for change control processes.

Requirements

• Prefer degree in business administration, computer/data science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• 1 year of experience with a broad understanding of information technologies.
• 1 year of experience in extrapolating conclusions from large data reports.
• 1 year of experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• 1 year of experience in recommending modifications to minimize risk and improve effectiveness.
• 1 year of experience in working independently and assessing project requirements.
• 1 year of experience in interpersonal, analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Medicaid/health insurance benefits or government processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand technology and information requirements.
• Support Provider Operations activities for implementation of processes in NCTracks and PDM/CVO modules.
• Participate in data collection and analysis, assisting with testing and validation of data.
• Evaluate file layouts and assess risks of modifications to systems.
• Create and maintain reporting and dashboarding for Provider Operations.
• Serve as a primary contact for change control and technical processes in Provider Operations.
• Assist with additional projects and activities as needed.
