  • Learn and apply data cleansing, synthesis, and analysis techniques.
  • Gain exposure to scripting and analytics tools such as SPSS, Python, and R.
  • Develop presentation and client relationship management skills.
  • Understand and apply lean six sigma concepts and agile principles.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in business systems analysis.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, or Black Belts).
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology Delivery methods.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or SPSS.
  • Any scripting or programming experience.
