TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Junior DAS Engineer to join our team! The Junior DAS Engineer will support the design, installation, integration, and testing of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and small cell networks. This entry-level engineering role provides the opportunity to work hands-on with RF and fiber infrastructure while gaining exposure to industry-leading tools, OEM equipment, and customer-facing projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure successful DAS deployments that meet customer quality standards, performance KPIs, and compliance requirements.   • Conduct site surveys and RF benchmarking using tools such as PCTEL, Anritsu, or similar.
  • Perform DAS installation, including cable pulling, device mounting, and termination.
  • Execute CW testing, sweep testing, and PIM testing to validate system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-installation.
  • Review floor plans and interpret iBwave design files and RF parameters.
  • Collaborate with project managers, carriers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document installation and testing results in accordance with internal and client standards.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA 72/1221, IFC, and other relevant codes and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a clear understanding of in-building DAS networks, process timelines, and quality standards.
  • Customer interface with the ability to build alliances and partnerships with wireless operators, 3POs/neutral host providers, venue owners, and enterprise customers.
  • Travel extensively to perform work at various client sites.
  • 5–6 years of experience in DAS installation, commissioning, and testing.
  • Proficiency with RF testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and telecom permitting processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and open to travel extensively per project needs.
  • Experience with DAS across different vendors; Solid, JMA, Commscope etc.
  • Prefer a candidate located near major airlines hubs like Denver, Dallas, Chicago etc. for easier travel.
