We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior CS & Ops Process optimisation manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key to ensuring our Customer Service and Operations functions run as smoothly as possible. Your main goal will be to review, optimise, and update internal processes, with a focus on improving the customer experience and team workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in online gaming, especially within the social gaming and sweepstakes space, who is eager to drive tangible improvements and make a big impact.

  • Proactively identify and evaluate current internal processes to find ways to improve, streamline, and automate them.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of processes.
  • Work closely with the Training and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to integrate process changes into training materials and quality checks.
  • Assist with the review and analysis of customer journeys to identify and fix pain points.
  • Identify and implement optimizations in fraud, payments, and risk management processes.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or operations role within the online gaming industry.
  • Experience with a social gaming operator or sweepstakes gaming product is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of customer support workflows, fraud detection, payments processing, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
