Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Jr Trader/Trade Support Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our Credit team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless credit operations and providing critical support to our credit desk. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or digital asset industry, preferably with a focus on credit.
- Strong understanding of credit operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using credit platforms and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Desk Support: Provide ongoing support to the credit desk by monitoring chats, checking pricing, and reconciling inventory.
- Yield Opportunities: Identify yield opportunities within our various credit venues to optimize returns.
- Rerate Monitoring: Actively monitor rerate opportunities to ensure optimal credit conditions.
- Term Sheets: Draft term sheets accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
- Loan Booking: Manage the booking of loans, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end booking process in close conjunction with the operations team.
- Operational Support: Step in for operations when timing issues arise, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
