About The Position

As the Junior Creative Designer on the Acquisition team, you will be a vital engine for our growth, producing the high-impact visual assets that capture attention and drive new player sign-ups. This role is a perfect opportunity for a passionate and developing designer to dive into the exciting, fast-paced world of iGaming and sports betting. You will work at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with Creative Strategists and Performance Producers. Your primary mission will be to translate marketing strategies and promotional offers into compelling, high-performing static ads, banners, and other visuals that stop the scroll and encourage a click. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a performance marketing, advertising, or in-house brand environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing skills in digital design, typography, and layout, with a clear emphasis on marketing or advertising assets.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. Experience with Figma is a major plus.
  • A foundational understanding of marketing principles and a genuine curiosity for how design impacts customer acquisition.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • A passion for or interest in sports, casino games, or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide variety of digital assets with a focus on direct response, including static social media ads, display banners, app store visuals, email assets, and landing page graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Creative Strategist and Producers to transform campaign concepts and creative briefs into engaging, on-brand designs.
  • Work with the marketing team to understand campaign performance data and use these insights to rapidly iterate on designs to improve key metrics like click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate.
  • Ensure every design adheres to Hard Rock Digital’s brand guidelines and the specific regulatory requirements for each market.
  • Support the senior creative staff on larger campaign initiatives and help maintain an organized library of creative assets.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the social media, mobile, and gaming landscapes.
