As a Junior Counterintelligence Support Specialist (CISS) Screener at Jacobs Technology, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting mission-critical projects that directly impact national security and intelligence operations. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the Cyber, Security, and Intelligence space. You will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations, specifically supporting the Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of intelligence support services, including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analysis, and Counterintelligence (CI) support, among others. In this role, you will provide CI support services, which include conducting CI/Force Protection (CI/FP) screenings of local and third country nationals (LNs/TCNs). You will be responsible for performing interviews to gather necessary information, supervising contractor performance during screenings, and conducting cellular exploitation. Your analytical skills will be essential as you perform research and analysis prior to screenings, develop screening plans, and produce various deliverables in coordination with government leads. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that all intelligence operations are conducted in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and that all findings are accurately documented and reported. The Junior CISS Screener will also be tasked with biometric enrollments and will need to produce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reports for all deliverables. Your work will directly support the intelligence priorities and taskings of the Commander CJTF-OIR, making your contributions vital to the overall success of the mission.
