About The Position
A motivated attorney to join the Company's corporate legal team. This position reports to the Corporate Counsel who is responsible for board of directors, corporate governance, capital markets transactions, public company representation and equity matters. This role will be part of the broader Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Compliance (LRSC) department. You will support the corporate Legal team on a broad range of matters relating to board of directors and public company processes, securities law compliance and general corporate projects and the broader LRSC team helping to enhance legal processes and efficiencies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, the Office of the CEO, Finance and Accounting.
