Junior Content Creator (Shorts / Socials Specialist)

Requirements
- 1â5 years in content creation, editing, or social media.
- Comfortable filming/editing end-to-end solo (DIY mentality).
- Prior experience managing a YouTube/TikTok channel
Responsibilities
- Research trending keywords, competitor Shorts, and evergreen âhow-toâ topics.
- Script and film short, snappy videos using the HPC framework (Hook â Progression â Climax).
- Repurpose footage from bigger shoots into bite-sized content.
- Add captions, optimize pacing, and ensure every Short hooks in under 3 seconds.
- Upload consistently, monitor analytics, and iterate on titles, tags, and structure.
- Focus on SEO-driven daily Shorts output.
